Are you, a family member or friend behind on your mortgage payments? Are you coming out of a mortgage forbearance program due to the pandemic and need a new start? Affordable Housing Resources has a new refinance mortgage loan that can help banks and borrowers move forward and avoid foreclosure.

Homebuyer Education Classes Available ONLINE or Via PHONE

HR’s experts will walk you through the homebuying process and help you avoid predatory lenders and other pitfalls.

Persons who qualify for a minimum first mortgage loan of $180,000-$230,000 can start their homeownership journey with a home from AHR. From one- to three-bedroom homes, AHR has multiple options to fit your needs.
