Good Neighbor Foundation is a non-profit HUD-approved counseling agency.

GNF-HOC provides resources for those who are facing Mortgage Deliquency,  Rental Assistance, and Financial Management Budget Counseling.  We are certified to provide Pre/Post Purchase and Homebuyer Education Courses.  Our Homebuyer Education Courses meet the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home, USDA-RD, FHA and other down payment assistance programs.

We consider home-ownership to be the heartbeat of the American Dream and education as the pathway.

Since 2005, the Home-Ownership Center has provided Homebuyer Education and Counseling services to those interested in starting the path to home-ownership. Our certified counseling staff and professionals facilitate these programs and classes to help you achieve your dreams of home ownership.
