Eviction Prevention Program

Household income eligibility is based upon the 80% and below the area medium income for the household in the county they reside.

Good Neighbor Foundation must receive ALL requested information, prior to processing your application for assistance.  Program is based upon available funds and tenant eligibility.  Good Neighbor Foundation reserves the right to terminate the program without written notice.

NOTE: If you have an impairment, disability, language barrier, or otherwise require an alternative means of completing these forms or accessing information about housing counseling programs, please talk to your housing counselor or Intake Specialist about arranging alternative accommodations.

    Eligibility Requirements:

    Financial Impact Requirement:

    At least one household member must have either:

    • Received unemployment benefits

    • Had reduced household income

    • Faced major expenses

    • Experienced financial difficulties related to COVID-19 (directly or indirectly)
