Eviction Prevention Program
This program has very limited funding. We will prioritize assistance for individuals who are at risk of homelessness. It is essential that we are provided the contact details of the property manager and/or owner of the rental property. While we will do our best to provide Rental Assistance, we cannot guarantee it. Consequently, submitting a complete application is vital for verifying eligibility and ensuring timely processing. Incomplete application will not be processed.
Good Neighbor Foundation must receive ALL required information, prior to processing your application for assistance. The Eviction Rental Assistance Prevention program is based upon available funds and tenant eligibility. Good Neighbor Foundation reserves the right to terminate the program without written notice.
NOTE: If you have an impairment, disability, language barrier, or otherwise require an alternative means of completing these forms or accessing information about housing counseling programs, please talk to your housing counselor or Intake Specialist about arranging alternative accommodations.
